Now here's little Asher Guy taking a shot at the big time just like his big brother. His team is the Raptors (as in dinosaur). Tee Ball is a new experience for us as Farragut did not have this league when Bay started playing. So, it is fu
nny to see how little they are on the field and how little they really know about what they are supposed to be doing out there! Asher seems to enjoy it so far, and was excited to get the game ball this past weekend. He was able to get the game ball because, well, he was the only player to get anyone out during the game. He managed to do this b/c Jody was behind him yelling "tag him, tag him" the entire time. But, he was so proud of himself for accomplishing this! The funniest thing. His second time up to bat...he struts up there and grins at the fans. Well this causes a little laugh from the stands, so, of course, he loves the attention. What followed were three swings at the tee in which Asher swung (without even looking at the ball) and turned a complete circle, bat in hand. He may have killed a fly or two, but he certainly did no hit the ball. He did however have the whole place in stitches and he was thrilled. When he finally hit the ball, the whole place started cheering. I think it made his life. He is such an entertainer.....
