Ok......I know I'm posting a lot of pics, but the grandparents haven't seen these yet.........The last of the celebrations!!!!!! 
The all-day fans.......way to hang in there for the all day affair. It was well worth it...don't you think?!?!?!?!? Bay's first tournament win.......Priceless :)
Post first game win......Bay made the winning play from 3rd base. The team was so surprised and so excited, the boys piled on top of each other to celebrate!

So, we started our day at 10:00 and we were prepared to be there an hour. 9 hours later, and after 4 games........................the A's are tournament Champs. They won the whole thing!!!!!!! They beat all kinds of travel teams and these boys aren't even a travel team. It was quite a day. It was so exciting, I didn't even get pics of the other games. Ha Ha. I was too into the game. Anyway, I do have pics of the awards, etc. Hope you enjoy!!! Thank you to all the grandparents and particularly to Meme........I wasn't prepared to be at the ballfield all day. Without you, we never would have had food to refuel!
Several weeks ago Bay was invited to participate in a tournament for Mother's Day. The coaches took part of Bay's regular team and part of another Farragut team and put them together to make a tournament team. We had high hopes, but they were shattered when we lost our first game on Friday night. But wait...........we had one more game before elimination Saturday morning. So, at least they get to play again. :) Little did we know that all that little team needed was one night to get the kinks out. They rocked the tourney.......It was single elimination, so we figured we would play Saturday morning and then be done. These are pics of the first game. They were the Farragut Athletics!!!!!!
Bay's actual birthday was on a Sunday, so we all skipped church (I know, I know) and had a BIG family breakfast at our house. The kids love breakfast food, so we had the works! Papaw loved this party so much he suggested we do this more often! A few pics of the morning festivities, followed by Bay with his guests......

Still playing catch up! Early this month we celebrated Bay's 8th Birthday.............yes, 8. Sigh. It seems like just yesterday I was swollen and tired and just wanted this overcooked baby out! Ha! Bay came into the world Big and he continues to be a Big part of our lives. He is so sweet natured (but extremely competitive), so into sports, loves his Jesus, loves his friends, and LOVES anything Tennessee. He has been a blessing to me since he took his first breath and I thank God for him everyday :). This year Bay chose Laser Quest for his kid party. Of course, it is dark and involves guns, so I couldn't take pics......but here are a couple I managed to snap. The boys had a great time, but Asher is still reminding me that, next time, I shouldn't put him in a white shirt because everybody could see him and he got shot. A lot. Hee hee........

Out of focus, but here's the Laser Quest crew. Incidentally, 8 year olds hate to have their picture taken. Especially boys. Most of them are smiling, but I saw lots of eye rolls and funny swaggers as they came together for this pic. Mom's rule!!!! He'll appreciate this one day. Snort!
Asher's team is the Reds (Cincinnati). They are the cutest bunch of kids and they have had more fun playing the game. Enjoy the highlights....
